e36 home tomorrow 2.8i .. Now i can make a start. I picked up a E30/320i with a 2.5.24v in her quick. My e36 was smashed now about to put 2.8 in E30. She has a 24v none vanos in her will it all fit or will i need someone to play with any wire`s Making a start as soon as 2.8i is off truck

Soz to sound dum but what is EWS and where will i find it

It is a chip in your key, a ring antenna around the ignition switch, a box under the steering column connecting the ring antenna to the EWS box which you will find behind the glovebox.

If that`s it then game on THANK`S

The first thing you're going to have to do to an E36 motor, is to bolt an E34 M50 sump and oil pick up pipe under it, or it simply won't go in your E30 shell!
