another mot question

today the solenoid on the boot stopped workin again so i pulled the carpet back and found it was the rod for the solenoid so i sorted tht thn i found a bigger problem a hole in the boot floor so i was just wondering if its a failure

Not an MOT failure, but it's best to get it sorted before it spreads.
