Broken fuel tank filler pipe.

Recently I have noticed that when I goto the petrol station, a fair amount of fuel is dumped on the ground behind the rear wheel....not good on 320i auto its needs all the fuel I can get.
The fuel filler neck appears to be waggling about when I put the fuel hose in.

Does anyone know if the fuel filler pipe can be replaced or does this mean a new fuel tank.

Any help would be appreciated!!
