Any other suggetions for getting these, the euroquip ones for RD are only Ԛ£23 +vat for the 4 hoses.

Hi - are you only replacing 4 rubber hoses with braided? - don't forget there are 6 hoses on E30's - 2 at the front, and four at the back. 2 inner hoses from axle carrier to body at the rear are often forgotten. If you replace only the four, you will be putting extra strain on the remaining two rubber hoses, and on a 15 - 20 year old car, could cause problems. I,ve never burst a flexi hose, but don't like the idea of doing it!!?

Proven Products (01822 613200) sell genuine Goodridge braided hose kits for Ԛ£49.95 plus Ԛ£5.95 postage. Their part no. is SBW 0011-4, but you need to specify 6 hose kit when ordering. (I bet the correct part no. is SBW 0011-6??)

I've seen the 6 hose kit on the RD site, but it says ABS only??? I assumed the 2 extra hoses were for the ABS, not the rear?

Ignore the ABS bit, if you're buying braided hoses, and you have discs all round then you need a 6 line kit, cars with drums require the 4 line kit.
There's no difference in the hoses for cars that have ABS and cars that don't.

I felt a definite improvement when I fitted some to my sport, didn't feel as spongy as before, but then the rubber ones were in a poor state.austen_e30 wrote:Thanks, just the answer i needed!!

I've got the Goodrich 4 rear hoses for an E30 that I bought in a kit from Rally Design, Ԛ£20 if anyone wants them. (No fronts, I used them.)
They're brand new unused, I ended up making a one piece braided hose direct from the floor to the calipers.
