M tech2 front bumper

Just a quick question, On my 318i cabby I'm putting an mtech2 front bumper on, now I've put the upper section of the tech2 front bumper on no probz but as for the lower valnce do I remove the existing standard lower bumper off the car or does it sit on top of it???

If you mean the metal valance the fog lights would sit in, the Tech2 lower valance goes over the top of it.
