my touring just put up a fight. Drove the car to work today, no problem. Time to leave and she just cranks and cranks. Will not turn over. Sound like a faulty fuel pump?
I checked the fuses, they all look good.
I checked the relays, they all look good.
Someone told me to swap the horn relay and the fuel pump relay as a quick test?
How do I access the fuel pump from the back seat? How do I pull off the carpet?
Anything else I should test.
Definite thanks go out to anyone with some helpful hints or suggestions. Car's just sitting at my work carpark lonely and broke!
e30 won't start!!!

Is it a touring or Saloon, in the saloon its under the rear seat theirs an ovral cover just need to undo about 4 screws and you should be able to get to it
As far as I know in my saloon you just have to lift up a flimsy bit of gray cloth to access to the pump cover.
*EDIT* also when you turn over the ignition can you hear the fuel pump at all? Better yet I dont know what others will say to this but maybe try disconnecing the fuel line and turn the engine over and see if any fuel comes out this would perhaps let you know if its the pump?
