I don't mean to sound ignorant, but what is a dremall, is it something from Harry Potter?

I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself with a dremel, it needs to be machined out and a new butterfly made to fit correctly.

I have recently put a BBTB on my 2.7 from Alpina527 and it does make a difference, the car ticks over better and feels stronger throughout the rev range, possibly improves fuel economy but can't help gunning it now

It's more than just a car dear!
I did my 320 manifold with a Black and Decker drill and grinder atachment as shown in the Zone guide under Articles at the top of the page. I got the drill bit from Machine Mart for about a tenner for a pack of three.
I did have the manifold off the vehicle so was able to wash out all the debris.
It has made a difference in the pull of the car and there is now no flat spot as there was with the original TB.

You modified the 320 manifold - and the TB?
Or you did the manifold and swapped for a BBTB?
I modded the 320 manifold and fitted a 325 TB. All as per the articleDunx wrote:Im confused....hennabm wrote:I did my 320 manifold with a Black and Decker drill and grinder atachment as shown in the Zone guide under Articles at the top of the page.
