Hay fever.

I’ve had hay fever for the first time for the last 3-4 weeks,nose running,sneezing,and coughing.I had it last year slightly,but this year it’s a nightmare.My question is has anyone got any good remedies or medicines ?

The young lad next door (34 yrs) has it very bad but has injections for it and they work really well for him.He has to pay once a year for it but says it is worth every penny

i have it from time to time myself, **** scared to sneeze or cough outdoors at the minute in case folk think it's the rona
as for cures? if i need to i use any antihistamines i can get hold of, seems to clear after a few days.

Locally produced honey is supposed to be a good preventative for hay fever as it is made from the same plants that are causing you a problem, I believe you need to start eating it before the pollen season kicks off though, beware of rebranded chinese sh**e, its everywhere...

You get hay-fever pills (antihistamines) from supermarkets, cheap as chips. Just pop one in the morning.

Yes mate tried about 3 different brands and not a scrap of difference.Fortunately i seem to be fine now, it seems to be tree pollen that makes a mess of me, so I can only guess that’s a finished now, thank god.

i get it really bad with grass pollen, it really does me in at times, leaves me a dribbling teary mess

I get it really badly too. You're probably not going to believe me but I find stinging myself with stinging nettles cures it pretty much instantly! No idea why but it works better than any pills I've tried.
