Cash machines in Ireland

I have a Nat West debit account and I would love to know if I can use my card over in your country and will it give me Euro`s ??
I have only just got my passport and photo id driving liecence so my grasp on tech is crap.

if you pop into your local branch or give them a call i'm sure they'd be able to tell you,
also i though you could get over to ireland using just your photocard driving licence? or so my mum told me when she went over a few years ago.

I needed to have a passport anyway so with that in hand I updated to a photo liecence on line .I had the pink one for over 31 years, never needed to change it.

i've never had a passport, i know they'd let me out the country but its doubtful if i'd want to come back in the way its going lol.
i would love to one day go to the very south westerly tip of ireland, there & over to skelig Michael were they filmed parts of the last jedi,
also, find where they filmed father ted.

You'll be able to withdaw cash at any ATM, and pay directly in shops without any hassle using it.

Ireland and the UK have a joint travel agreement - which predates EU membership, so you don't need a passport to enter technically. You do however need a passport for certain airlines, so unless you're hopping on a ferry its probably a requirement.

Nice one mate, I`m finally up to speed with ID because we intend to use them in the future but did not want to mess up with the driving side of things when we hire a car in Dublin. ( All pre booked
