Didn't know how to take an image from Youtube so just did a screen shot, this made me laugh....

Why not post the link instead?

Easiest bet is to full screen the video and hit print screen, or use the incredibly useful 'Snipping Tool' built into Windows since Windows 7 (Or something like 'cmd + shift + 3' or 4 on a mac to take a selective screen shot)

Oh, and install AdBlock for Firefox - it'll transform your internet/YouTube like nothing else!

Mart I totally know what you mean, I have multiple problems with my back & right knee, if I'm stood or walking for more than 10mins I'm in total agony, even a cocktail of tramadol & codeine only just take the edge off, but according to the council I don't qualify for a blue badge yet someone who puts it on can get one, really winds me up.

As for the pain I know what you mean, it's even had me in tears sometimes.
