Trying to help someone out,

was given these stainless steel exhaust tips by a Rastafarian in the garages where I keep my car he is restoring a E21 Baur and a 2002 Coupe so I thought I would help him by selling them as he might need the £'s and no profit in it for me just a favour done.
He seems to have some obscure bits an pieces....
Not sure if they are BMW but the knowledgeable on here may point me in the right direction so, any ideas stainless steel with reducers,

Looks like the reducers can be cut off,
or are these a Ripmax special from the 70's?
Be kind as he is a 60 year old Rastafarian and one of the most mellow people I have met so just trying to help him out.
Oh and if anyone is interested, not for sale though.
