I started a thread on this last year but it has exspired so here we are again.
I had my hip joint replaced 9 years ago and now the other is more than suspect so I went to the doctors yesterday and he said go to "Jimmies" in the next two weeks for an X-ray.
So I went down today and after parking , A lovely lady member of staff saw I was hopelessly lost and took me to A & E and was directed to the correct place.
I was seen straight away , had the X-ray and came away in less than 45 mins .
I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism in a "hospital" ( the biggest in Europe ) like I was a guest not a patient.
Now this place is absolutely HUGE !!! F****g massive.
The new wing I went to , is the size of most hospitals, Google it.

Thanks again NHS.

Mart.

I won't have a bad word said about the NHS, baring in mind the minimal amount of money we pay for it !

Given our son had a brain tumor last year, and now this year he doesn't, I too have nothing but praise for them.

an emergency operation on my youngster's eyes last November is the reason she can see properly.

The NHS are amazing.
