How can you say that, after seeing him getting creamed. Don't tell me that wasn't a fly on the wall documentary!!
What I am surprised about is that both of them didn't require the services of an osteopath, what with all that cracking..

I'd think chuck would fancies his chances, he was a larger and stronger fighter who had a lot more training than Bruce and studied more fighting disciplines
It's like the age old question, Tyson vs Ali
Ali and Bruce have a bit too much showmanship for my liking where as chuck and Tyson are serious no nonsense fighters

Lt Col Paddy Blair Maine at a glance.
Irish Universities Heavyweight Champion in August 1936
Irish Rugby International + British Lions
Founding member of the SAS
Distinguished Service Order an incredible four times, never gained VC because he was Northern Irish...
Went to the clink for beating up his commanding officer.

The homosexuality was a rumour because he was unmarried and hated gays. That describes half the zone!
and you don't insult Northern Ireland's most famous war-hero without a car bomb going your way!

Oh, i get it now. Yes, I'll make sure she's starting the car now.
Actually, I don't even know who the fella is, let alone his sexual preferences...!

You should look him up, if your into that sort of thing. Really controversial figure with a ridiculous amount of individual kills.. plus my favourite quote of all time: "When you enter a room full of the enemy, kill the first one that moves ”“
he has started to think and is therefore dangerous."

Couldn't disagree with the latter half of the above more strongly.
I think you'll struggle to find anyone is the combat world that trained harder/more often and also studied fighting theory more than Bruce Lee.
That aside, inherent ability/talent also play a major role.....otherwise the guy who has trained the most would always win and that just isn't the case with any sport.
Kos wrote:Ali and Bruce have a bit too much showmanship for my liking where as chuck and Tyson are serious no nonsense fighters
It's a meaty question, but in my opinion Ali would've dragged Tyson through 10 or 11 of the longest rounds that Mike had ever seen before outboxing him at the end of the match.

A Tyson v Ali would not have gone 11 rounds! Ali would run for 3 rounds before being worked out and caught out!
