E30 Zone

I bought some E30 parts on ebay from an Imran Khan who appears to operate from an address of Old Oak, Mole Road, Sindlesham, Wokingham RG41 5DJ, Ԛ“tyreshop@msn.co.ukԚâ€a. He has also mentioned he has connections or a base in Bristol. I paid within minutes of Ԛ“winningԚâ€a them on ebay, on May 1, 2005. By June 2, 2005, after three times sending a courier to collect them, a number of exchanges on the phone, sending several letters, emails and texts, I had received neither the goods (as promised on several occasions) nor a refund (as promised on May 27, 2005). I have started civil court proceedings and informed Thames Valley Police of the circumstances; they subsequently provided me with a crime reference number. As I am associated with the legal industry, I intend to pursue this matter to its conclusion, and would be interested to hear from anybody else who has encountered difficulties with this trader. It is worth noting that this issue relates only to an Imran Khan associated with the address of Old Oak, Mole Road, Sindlesham, Wokingham RG41 5DJ, and that I have no dispute with anyone else of the same or a similar name of any other address. Should the goods or payment be received by myself, I will immediately post notice of satisfaction on this site.

Court papers served. I understand Mr Khan is now trading as onestop4anything on ebay.

I bought a Mtech roof liner from him about 2 months ago havetn yet received it. I may giive him a phone yesterday.

I plan to visit him and get my roof liner. What was the part you paid for? He seems to give some people their stuff maybe hes just forgetfull.

I bought a set of wheels.

With the calls and correspondence he's had from me since May 5, no way is he forgetful.

Well what does he say to you? He arranged for me to collect before but then wasnt in when i drove past slough. So i agreed to meet in bristol but he never came so i sent him more money to post it but havent heard from him since.

I bought stuff of him, but I collected myself, and paid for it then... he did let me off some money though, and seemed nice, but I have heard of some trouble from others on here... He was the one that actually told me about this site....

Well I'm going to give him one more chance before i leave any negative feedback.
