As the title says, here's your chance to get creative!

What you submissions need is:

* Front Cover

* Rear Cover

* CD Sleeve

If you have access to software that will sort the layout, feel free to use it.

The Front Cover should contain the title "E30 Zone Classics - The Ultimate Driving Collection"

I have added E30 to the title so it has a little relevance if non zoners see it.

Rear Cover should contain the track list:

ACDC - Back In Black
Black Sabbath - Paranoid
Motorhead - Ace of Spades
Metallica - Enter Sandman
Linkin Park - In The End
Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench
Arctic Monkeys - I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor
The Cardigans - My Favourite Game
Fleetwood Mac - The Chain
Rolling Stones - Paint it Black
Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear the Reaper
Stone Roses - Fools Gold
Kasbian - Club Foot
808 State - Pacific State
New Order - Blue Monday
Baby D - Let Me Be Your Fantasy
Liquid - Sweet Harmony
Faithless - Insomnia

In that order.

The CD cover should have the name as a minimum.

As far as images go, anything e30 related goes. Be they your own personal shots or favourites from the interweb.

Here's a link to the thread of images I collected a month ago.

http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... soundtrack

Ignore the ramblings in the opening post.

I hope the mods can tell us what typace they use for e30zone banners, as well as stickers etc, I feel that will have relevance to the designs. An update on that mods, would be great.

Get your creative caps on, get your 3 images submitted. Will give you lot 2 weeks to get something together. Please say if you need longer, if enough people are struggling, I'll extend the time limit.

Please do not plagurise other zoners photoshopped images, though untouched images are fair game.

I look forward to seeing what you guys can do, there's some Ninja designers on here!!!

Here's some drafts I put together (I'll call them drafts so that I can get away with posting 4!). I've not bothered with backs or sleeves yet, these are just to give some ideas of different styles.

This one's...er.. just some mad vectors and a silhouette. Seemed to come together pretty well though.

Image

Stained glass window. This one look twice as long as i thought it would and looks half as good! Poor choice of a car to begin with. If I do this one as a final draft I'll use a 3/4 shot and the car will be much bigger. In fact, I'll change the window design too. This is just to see what people think of the concept.

Image

This one is my crack at a Resevoir Dogs kinda style.

Image

And this one is some shameless recycling of an image I made ages ago but never found a use for.

I'm really liking Mox3d's design though - clean and simple, looks really professional 8)

My girlfriend does stained glass work. I'd be interested to see other drafts of this to see if she can use it for my garage window winkeye

hangover? i wish! i work in a wine and spirits merchants (wine rack) we don't get to drink at work unfortunatly, i will have those paracetamol though, my back is killing me - damn pregnancy!!

i used a freebie called ULEAD PHOTO EXPRESS 5 SE to do the pic part and publisher for the rest.

the negative one was done using the same image with an effect from photobucket

Decision was to be made last weekend, had too much on to do anything with it. I'm going to have a craic at it at some point, but been too busy.

I'd like to see some more entries, even if it is just the back and label to some of the suggestions above!

Times been tight for me, trying to get a grip on my dissertation at the mo so my numerous photoshop projects have been taking a back seat. Having a night off tonight though, so I'll post up something later this evening 8)

I vote for a clear CD cover with a CD inside with permanent marker deviancy.

"tut' zone soundtrack"

Hmm. Bit of a nightmare finding the type of photo I need for my plan. I'll have another look tomorrow, might have to put up a picture request if i cant find the right thing. Basically I need a pic of an E30 front end, much like dominitry's picture in the COTM competition, but without the water and in high res. Also a decent pic of an instrument cluster taken from the driving seat.
