Who's gonna fit the Weineck Cobra's 12.9 V8 into an E30? Might have to sacrifice all the space in the car

the e30 m30 3.4 fits nice and gives you a gentle 220bhp and the same torque
its a common swap now

Diff, you would probably want a longer diff, and lsd.
Gearbox are 5 or 6 speed units, but V8 specific. Custom prop, custom manifolds, custom mounts, servo needs moving to the front (or getting rid of) ...
Unless you fit a 4litre one or bigger, the m30 is a better idea. Not worth the hassle otherwise.
