Welcome to the zone :thumb: Looks like your sport has been a bit mollested by previous owners what with the bumper and so on. Good luck with the project but the first things i would check before throwing money at a sport is to remove the body kit and see how rotten it is behind there and also check inside the sunroof tray (the panel under the roof skin that the sun roof slides into) for any rot.

Good idea to swap for an original bumper, once you have it will be a very nice motor. Well come to the zone

hi and welcome. theres the keyword, rot, sports seem to suffer from it alot, did you get a look inside the rear trim/door cards?

When you hire a skip for the bumper there is no point sending it back 1/2 empty so sling them nasty eyebrows and burger kings in there as well ! :)

Nooo. BK alloys are £9 each at a scrapyard with the tyres removed.

A proper alloy wheel does indeed make £9 but a pig iron burger king is hardly a proper alloy wheel ! 8O

looking at the gap above your front wheels id check under the bonnet to make sure it still has an engine.im sure they didnt do a 4x4 off road sport.

nice sport, would look better with a tec2 bumper and just outta curiosity why is the front so high? did someone do the suspension and forget to the do fronts?

Tidy looking chariot but must agree that the Reiger front bumper looks like an Abortion on the car. Seen as you're a painter (I assume its not painting and decorating lol) the car stands a very good chance at being a very very good example!

Best of luck and welcome onboard!

Welcome to the zone mate, Your sport will look good once you get a proper tech 2 bumper on, Id change the rear lights aswell mate.....................As already said, make sure you do a thorough rot check before throwing money at it.

Cant wait to see the end result, keep us updated with the progress 8)

its got rot on the rear arches and thats it. the previous owner put the standard suspension back on the front so he could fit that stupid bumper. :?
