Hi all, i have been offered back my 325i sport 1989 in grey by the salvage company for £125.

The only thing wrong is a back-end smash. so the back quarter is fooked.

Engine, gearbox, LSD, everthing else is good. What do you reckon?

If it was in good condition prior to the accident I'd say yes, can sell the bits for more than £125.

Has a recon head with brand new insides etc.. cost 600 squid new and only done 2000 miles since fitted. She was perfect mechanically!

Think you have just answered you own question there, if all that work has been done you may aswell shell out £125 and salavage as much money back as you can from it ie seats, engine, door cards etc.!

Buy it. The diff alone is probably worth twice the cost of the car

bye it and sell me the diff

Buy it back, and get a new rear quarter fitted!

Buy back and re-shell....

bottom line i think is buy it back before they change their mind, 125 is a steal
