Thats bloody clever that is, must have taken hours of cutting tacking and welding and then spraying.
Would make a good show car, nothing more as its really just a red rag to a car thief.

If you wanted practicality, what's wrong with an E30 Touring or E34 Touring

I have a touring but they are just not to my taste.
Each to there own I suppose

agreed, would have been nice to see a shot of the whole car to see how it blends in. i cant imagine the curvy front end goes to well with the boxy e30 rear but top marks for ingenuityBAUR335I wrote:Its a pity the shots are not that good, you can not really see how it blends with the rest of the car.

i prefered the touring as it was less favoured with the youth of today so a modded one was more exclusive and practical.maxfield wrote:I know![]()

I wasn't too keen on the Touring at first, but now look I'm driving one...
Very practical and looks good!
What more could one want? Apart from 500hp and some 330s with 4pots. Oh, and coilovers.

Shopping list....
Looks like a mutant 1 series..
Still cannot decide if I like it or not, the proportions just don't seem quite right.

Seriously fair play to his workmanship but for what it cost to build surely it would have been cheaper to just buy an E46?
