been posted before with a link to a russian site with more still pics. one of the passengers body on the road is a bit haunting, especially as you see him waving and grinning 30 secs beforehand.

The bad thing about it is when one driver's stupidity takes the lives of his passengers. I lost a friend like that a few weeks back by hanger lane.

Interesting that the people in the other car were so upset by this accident that they kept the footage and posted it on youtube. Even if the internet post wasn't them why keep the video.

Well its tragic and there is no more to say about that. Its the price they need to pay when the poor old Russians now have money and they can do imports from Germany and replace the old rusty slow Lada into a "fast" German Saloon. I have no feelings for the driver in the E30 and the Mercedes... They are just so stupid!

yup, things do get repeated because of newbies etc, who surely cant be flammed because of it..... (not saying in this instance anyone as)
same as newbies asking, what to some older members seem the same questions,
theres an awful lot of threads come up when you do a search on a particular subject, that sometimes a innocent re-request is easier than trawling through years of archieved threads.
back on topic, ive no feeling for the driver or indeed the passengers of the BMW, they knew what they were doing, or at least knew that the driver was a complete prick, you dont go out for an innocent drive with another car taking video of you at speed... if wasnt just the driver showing off,, joy riding aplies all who get in the car

i agree about the driver but his passengers didnt deserve to die.they would have been sh1tting themselves but to full of bravado to tell him to slow down.
ive been in the same situation as a passenger with the driver thinking he's a great driver was flying through built up areas at tea time at about 70mph. i did tell him to stop being an arse and slow down as how would he feel is someone driving similarly hit his child.
ive been known to drive a bit fast sometimes myself but never with passengers and only when conditions allowed. if i killed myself then fair enough but i wouldnt want to take anyone else with me

take your point Fuzzy,
but remember years and years back, i was scared shitless in the back of a car once with the driver skidding about and dodging around bollards in a car park.... when i voiced concern it was the other passengers that were ridiculing me to stop being a pansy,
guess thats why i said what i said,, but yeah they could of been innocent passengers not knowing wot was comming, so i take my earlier comments back.
i enjoy a quick blast around the country lanes now and again, and indeed want to experience the thrills around a track, maybe in the new year i might the chance.

i had exactly the same .the others laughed at me at the time in the car but later admitted they agreed with me .ive had a couple of bad crashes and have been lucky to walk away from them but i certainly dont want to die at someone elses hands in their old banger death traps that cant handle they speeds.

i was in the back of a mg maestro years ago told the bloke to slow down, he didn't we crashed. the car rolled then stopped. i dragged him out waited till he was consious then beat him within an inch of his life.
people who drive like that deserve to die , its just they tend to take others around them with them

lol at murran.
also, i do feel sorry for the passengers of hte e30 but the driver did pull a stupid manouvour (sp?) which ended all their lives. its a shame that you do have people like this who are so reckless with their driving but i suppose accidents do happen and putting it on the internet can only deter people from pulling the same move.
also the mercedes driver is just as much to blame for encouraging him by chasing him through heavy traffic at a stupid speed.
