guys, need your inputs!

planning to purchase a 1990 e30 325i sport

what are the things i need to check on / replace for maintenance purposes - this car will be my daily driver / track car - that being said, car needs to be very reliable

i don't mind replacing certain parts even though they may still be ok through inspection

if my mind set is to change all that can be changed, what are these things - like what most stealerships do, i don't mind being in replace mode! hahaha! that is so to speak

thanks :) your inputs will be greatly appreciated

rust, rust and more rust. If there's no rust you've got a good 'un and everything else can (within reason) be sorted!
