E30 Zone

Well i have a bit of a leak coming from under the dash in the passengers footwell seems to be really bad when washing the car or if it's raining fairly hard. Does anyone know where this might be coming from and is it a common problem?

Think it might be the sunroof drain that is blocked.

One common source here is rust spreading from the large grommet/trunking that brings the wiring down from the fusebox, or hopefully, just the grommet out of the hole.
Rust here is very difficult to repair because of lack of access, and can spread right across into the wheel arch, at which point I usually consider it terminal!
