Hey Mark I'll post details tomorrow and ov the SVO tests I'm doing on it, but its a fugly pugly not a citroen, its a big grandpa estate too, but it runs on vegetable oil, so all is sweet in the world.
I have it on 80% veggie oil right now and have a trip to North Harbour Portsmouth and back at 7am tomorrow, so I'm getting some testing done on the old girl on long distance and cold weather.

I'm not too faced, I just do alot of miles and a 325i sport lowered 60mm all round looks great and goes great for the first 10 miles, until you hit motorway and can't enjoy it and have to pay £Â£Ã‚£Ã‚£ to fill her up.
I need a comfortable economical cruiser. And it means I can keep my e30 off the road during winter when theres grit and crap on the roads that will crap her up, and I used to be one of these drive it and use it as it was intended types, but then I kept breaking stuff and taking ages to fix it leaving me cycling, walking or riding to work, and as I said I worked bloody miles away.
At this time having a second daily driver makes alot of sence until my circumstances change anyway.

we use the scenic derv as gives good fuel figures on a long run stick to 70/80 ish on the motorway and the thing returns 70 mpg yes belive it 70 mpg i hate the car but can not nock the fuel usage

it has to be said, there's always a space on my virtual drive for a chipfat burning froggywagon of some sort. the only proviso is that it's got a bosch fuel pump. it's that little bit of german that makes them work... and run on chip fat! the lucas / cav ones that are often fitted won't allow you the pleasure of smelling likee a BBQ as you drive along
for cheapo motoring, the cheapest french turd i've owned was a 1360cc pug 106 diesel. that gave an easy 55/60mpg round town and 80mpg on a run when threashed to within an inch of it's life (80mph). never tried it on chip fat though. ooh, the savings! cheap tax, insurance, fuel etc. shame it was such a godawful car to drive though

i replaced it with a 105e anglia
