rite i have been told that my doughnut has gone im just wonderin how hard is to change and if any 1 knows of a site that gives u a guide ? if its easy ill start it today thanks alot ste

there not that hard to change, aslong as you can get under the car easily enough. think there are about 6 bolts

Only six bolts hold it one, but it won't come off without either dropping the prop centre bearing or moving the engine/gearbox over.
Make sure the arrows on the doughnut point towards the flange to which they are bolted, and if there's a harmonic balancer fitted around the doughnut, you can leave it off with no ill effects.
