Hi, new to the zone, although I have been trawling the forum and trying to take it all in. Some great cars and a lot of knowledge.
Anyway recently bought an E30 Touring with 122,000 on the clock. No service history but seemed ok. Since carried out a bit of maintenance to get the old girl running sweet (ish).
New cambelt, tensioner, water pp, belts. oil & filter (engine & g/box), rear brakes and all the other basic servicing. Haven't done the diff yet!
Unfortunatly the exhaust is on its way out. I've got the front/middle section (2 piece from manifold) bought from zimmer bimmer. However, I want to get the back section done at the same time.
Whats the general consensus? oem, after market (scorpion) or custom? Theres a Longlife centre near me, anyone recommend them. Don't want a loud system and don't want to pay loads. Options??
Forgot to say its a slow 2ltr auto. But looking to up-grade to 2.5 or bigger in the future. Body work needs help. Anyway thanks for any replies in advance. great site. 8)

Welcome.
I've got a Scorpion rear-half for my 320i Touring, but I'm not putting it on until the standard one runs up the white flag. Probably be a few months yet - the outer skin has just started to perforate.
