E30 Zone

I have a Hartge H27 which was restored a couple of years ago. At this point the engine was totally rebuilt by a Hartge engineer and has done about 11,000 miles since then. I recently had an equiry about the car and especially the engine. Does anyone have a view of what the engine is worth on its own. It goes without saying that it is in tip top condition.

a pukka 2.7 like that is at least £1000. With reciepts to provew aswell?
