What colour is my car??

Hi there,
I have just bought a new e30 and can't find out what colour it is! The guy I bought it off said it is the factory colour but I have never seen it before. the sticker that usually says what colour it is (on the inside of the door) has been worn away. Please help!! In real life its a bit darker than these photos. See link:

If the link doesn't work its a green/blue/teal colour if that helps

Broken link?
Colour number will be on the chassis plate behind the right hand headlight.

the link says there is a problem...but the bets bet is to go to your dealers with the vin and ask for production details

The sticker with the colour on is on the left-hand (passenger side) strut tower, not in the door-shut.
Or, as Chris said, the colour code is on the VIN plate above the right-hand headlight.

I don't know what the colour's called but - IIRC - Less2303 briefly had one the same colour.

dunno what colour it is but its bloody tidy.....loose that awful steering wheel and its a minter.

definately MINERAL blue. I have a mate with a late 316i in that colour

The first thing i did was take off the steering wheel and put the original back on. Thanks heaps for the help with the colour. If anyone has any pictures of other e30's that color please email them to

Drop BIGTKB a PM, he used to have one in that colour with tech-2 kit on...its now gone to the great scrappy in the sky but I'm sure he's got some old pics kicking around.
