E30 Zone

Hi guys,
Me and a mate are wanting to change the oil in our slip diff's, but we have both been hearing diff things about what grade oil is best to use?

Anybody have any experance on whats best??

I used the genuine BMW stuff from the dealer (you have to supply your own container though)

There's also the Castrol stuff from http://www.opieoils.co.uk very similar to the BMW oil.
