following on from my tyre suggestion thread a couple of weeks back i changed from my usual tyre of choice ,toyo t1-r, to the dunlop sp9000. the difference in grip was hardly noticable in the dry(both very good) but in the wet the difference is huge. the dunlop gives far higher levels of grip in wet conditions giving me a new found wet weather confidence in my car.the toyos wet weather grip was always bad.
dunlop sp9000 will be my tyre of choice from now on i think.

Thats because the Dunlop are usually made in Germany, Dunlop have held their quality whereas Continental are crap. Toyo are good but Dunlop are goood. Toyos wear quickly. Have you had them wearing quickly?

I have those Dunlops on my M3 and they are fabulous.
The problem is they are no longer available in 225/45ZR16.
Too bad.

sweet sounding tyres.toyo's ,they are amazing in the dry but the wet pff. not only that i wanted to put some german tyres on my car after these toyo's. so i was thinking continental but these dunlop's are the part by the sounds of it.
