E30 Zone

Not sure if i've done a bad thing by purchasing a 4 door or not , maybe its just that my posts are all "old hat" i dont know what the answer is but i dont seem to get many replies , BOO HOO
I gotta have a 4 door cos my testicles are fertile and a 2 door is not practical at the mo , come on , cut me some slack i just made the move from 320 to 325 , what more do i have to do to be in the gang ?

Dont get me wrong i have had replies and they have sorted my probs right out , and quick , this site is superb !
Come on im gonna be in tears in a mo ! ! !

P.S. No offence to 320 dudes was meant , they are all good , in fact i still have mine , its gonna have to go soon tho , real shame love it .

Sumone else out there with 4 doors , a fookin miracle , thanks for replying Andy , but this only makes my suspicions stronger , surely there isnt really a 2door 4 door racism war out there

I changed from a 2dr 318 to a 4dr 325, as it would have been useful to get my girlfriend's kids in the back. A week later, we split up I'm still happy with it tho, I think 4drs look more subtle and less boy-racer, and a 325 still has the grunt under the bonnet however many doors it has!

Nothing wrong with 4 doors, my first E30 had 4 doors....



And I've also got a 5 door to go with my 2 doors!

I actually think the 4 dr looks better I have a white 4dr 325i and a black 2 dr 3(missing engine)i lol
will show you the pics when the server is up and running lol

i love the 4 door e30's

i have had 2 blacks ones and hopefully getting another one soon

they look alot less mean than the 2 door version but the same power !!!

and more practical of course

i dont mind 4dr but prefer 2drs

4-doors rule, my dad used to have one in Royal Blue (awecome colour - turned purple in the sun!) before it was written off by a 4x4

Also I think M Tec bodykitted 4-doors look much much better than 2-doors for some reason....

Nowt wrong with 4 doors , ive got two kids ( oh and a missus) and id be pissed off getting out all the time . Kids always want the bog when you go anywhere !!!

4 doors are cool, I got no preference really. 2 doors are marginally nicer to look at, but 4 doors whack 'em for convenience. And convenience and practicality are oh-so-important to the 5 series driver

If the conveinience of 2 door every becomes an issue when the kids get in and out of the back, make sure they use the passenger door.

Not only is this the safest method, but it looks cooler as you don't have to move from the driving seat.

This is also fairest, after all, she 'had them' lol

Nothing wrong with the four doors at all.

They can look good just like a 2 door....

As mentioned above, they are subtle as they have the same power as the two door cars but look more 'family-like'

It might seem like 2 door snobery but most of it is just jokes...

ive had both and currently have both and must admit the 2door does look just a little better in my opinion especialy when skirted up but hay i love em both the same and would be happy with either i just wanna hear and feel that 6 pull pull and pull some more just enjoy the car and in my oppinion i dnt think anyone has a problem on here with the 4doors so if you not gettin noticed just shout a bit LOUDER

I like 2 doors better but thats me.I actually like impractical cars!!Dont ask why im just wierd!! Nothing wrong with a 4door one because it's still an e30 and the e30 is one of the best bmw's built.

I experienced some snobbery this morning, twice actually, in the same place.

I pulled into a petrol station to grab a drink and there was an E36 318i and an E30 325i cab with //////M badges all over it.

Both drivers came back to their cars just as I pulled up behind the cab and both gave me 'one of those' looks.

I tried as hard as I could to give the E36 driver one of those "At least my car isn't financed to the hilt, ex fleet base model with starship miles and phil mitchel from the arches 'history'" the cab driver just had a smug look, his car was very clean apart from snidy wheels.
Fair enough.

I'd love a sport but decent ones a worth heaps and there are too many dogs out there (Not on here) it's very difficult to find a good one.
