1989 316 is getting the works.

i have seen this its shocking and what was worse was how much the guy wanted for it when he was selling it not too long ago!

My sat dish won't pick it up here in France. Appreciate knowing what they do to the poor 316. Maybe it's best I don't get to see it..............

Only thing I like about that is the barn doors and wheels... but not on that car, on that car they look like an abomination.

I honestly think pimp my ride uk is all about "what can we put in a car now that nobody is ever going to use?a football ground perhaps?a garden?miniature golf course?"

The only people who will think that will look good is perhaps himself (poor lad probably was dropped on his head) or his "crew"

The wheels are nice but as munky said not on that car and the same with doors. The colour looks like baby spue blue.

but the chrome wheel arches is a cheap hellfrauds mistake and the wheels need to be on a American car like the munk said.



doors are cool! change the wheels and the engine....oh the engine right the just done car about the engine.


though last night i put pimp my ride on and a cool american car was painted really nice! interior was homosexual but they put a 500bhp race V8 in it!


did loads of donuts with red smoke tyres and then gave it back to teh girl who had no idea what a car is.
oh but it was painted matt black before that shame to change the paint

Pimp my ride USA version gets away with it. I don't know why but its funny even when its tragic and when its not tragic they do come up with some great workmanship and some cool ideas. Pimp my ride UK is just a pathetic imitation with no redeeming features.

Watching this programme is a bit like driving past a car crash - it's awful, stomach churning stuff but somehow dreadfully fascinating too.

I have to confess it was only the mention of a 1989 3-series that caught my eye, honest.

From the pics posted, just about anything would be an improvement on the old shed. Not many people seem to like the result but then the show never made any claims to taste. It is called "Pimp My Ride" after all!

The suicide doors are quite clever but then there's not much else you could do with a 4 door saloon. The colour scheme & wheels are a bit different too, certainly no worse than some "custom" jobs you see. No offence intended to anyone who's into that sort of thing.
