Thinking about doing my valve clearences tomorrow but didn't even think about a gasket. :o:

Get a bit of instant gasket and use the old one winkeye

I've had my rocker cover off twice and never replaced it and it's never leaked, don't spend money unless you have to. :D

i got mine from halford somit like a tenner (carnt remember!)

Jesus! No wonder they call 'em halFRAUDS!

Main dealer M20 gasket is about 8 or 9 quid. It's all I'd fit to be honest.

I got my M50 cam cover gasket from my local autoparts, it had the BMW roundel moulded into each part of the gasket set so its the same as the dealer supplies, cost £4 less than dealer though 8)

Yes, but a tube of instant gasket goes a long way, oh no! i'm starting to sound like my Dad and he is as tight as a ducks arse. :D
