All,
If you're suffering with worn seat bolsters like I had on my 89 Sport, then I can only highly recommend getting in touch with Brian Wilks in Hornchurch, Essex.
He used to do all the interior repairs for the E30 series for BMW back in the day & he has rolls of the cloth from that period.
He repaired my driver seat bolsters and he did a highly professional job.
He also does electric sunroof repairs for the E30 & he got mine working again.
Brian can be contacted on 01708 479533 or Mobile 07946379513

Sounds good, Not too far from me either.
Could you pm me with what he charged to repair the bolster (Cloth or leather?)

I had the light grey cloth repair done for the upper & lower bolster on the drivers seat.
Along with this work, he fitted rear headrests & took my sunroof apart to replace the drip tray & other parts.
I paid cash, so no reciept for breakdown of prices for each piece of work.

Ahh he likes a cash job does he

We all love a bit of folding!
I'll give him a bell next week and get a price on my leather bolsters, Upper and lower.

I'd be interested to know too..i have phoned a couple of places but keep getting told they need to see the seat to price the job... trouble is the nearest place i can find is 50 miles away and i reckon, 100 miles is a bit far for a quote!!!

Thanks for the recommendation. Just had Brian Wilks at Hornchurch do my front seat bases. Like new now. He uses original BMW cloth.
