E30 Zone

My car has had 17 owners registered on the log book including me.
I am tempted to get the car up to A1 condish. The engine is genuine 112k and there is FA rust.
Would you ever consider buying a mint car that has had 17 previous owners???? I'm thinking it will put people off.

it will put some off but on a car of this age you get what you pay for

so if you mint her up properly im sure youd always find a buyer

buy on condition at the end of the day fella.

17 is a lot, but if you think the E30 was a bit of a yuppy toy back in the day, so as soon as the next thing came along or the city bonus got paid they got chopped in for a 911.

it will put some folk off though, but there are many turds out there, so I'm sure that on seeing a rust free E30, it would overcome anxieties about how many knobbers have thrashed, crashed and rebuilt it lol

most people dont even see how many owners a car has had until they get the v5 back in their name.. my 318i was 15 years old and had 13 owners, does seem odd to some people why nobody has kept a car over a year but It doesnt bother me as I change my car often and know its not always cos of the car (had this car 14 months and changing it next week, normally change cars every 4-6 months!!)
