Signed up for the gauge pod from Kos and was just wondering what three gauges to put in.I was thinking volts, oil pressure and oil temp.Would these be easy to install and what are you guys planning on using?

I'd have oil pressure, oil temp and water temp(if you don't trust you bmw gauge). Otherwise swap that for volts. So pretty much what you said :thumb:

Would definatly have oil pressure though. You can kind of tell oil temperature from oil pressure too.

If you're feeling fancy you could go for a diff fluid temp guage, I was in an E36 M3 the other day and the bloke had fitted diff and gearbox temp guages, very interesting to see what was goign on in there.
Oil pressure is the most important one to go for, been meaning to fit my guages for ages, but they are still sitting here gathering dust.

Seen these type but maybe a bit to modern for an e30 think the needle one would look better but not made my mind up yet

Might need a low down on the install when the time comes.

This sounds interesting - has anyone got any pictures of these installed? Where do they go - in lieu of the centre air vents, or behind the ash tray, or...? :)
