Hi,

Im buying a 318iS this week and it's got original 16" Alpina's on it.
Front: 7x16
Rear: 8x16

What are the correct tyres sizes for front and rear, and what are a
good brand to go for?

Cheers

steer well bloody clear of pirelli p6000's... they're f*cking lethal in the wet.

Toyo proxes T1-R's seem to be good.

Or yoko parada spec 2's. But I know nothing about them except they look cool and cost a lot, so must be good.

fronts 205/50/16

rear 225/45/16

goodyear F1's or similar, dunlop, toyo, michelin etc and you won't go far wrong. 16's ain't cheap though as it's a rare size these days

Any idea of what these wheels are worth since they are quite rare
on e30's?

cheers
