the triangle foam on the inside of bonnet you know what i mean the insulation i suppose i hear cant be taken off another car as they get damaged so wondering if any1 had a part number for dealers or if there's somthing better i could replace them with sure iv seen some carbon ones winkeye

You could be talking about the M3 version.

Give us a minute i'll find a piccy/part number

EDIT: cant find part number for the M3 one on RealOEM.

There a couple of topics on here about it if you can find them in the search. I dont think it is carbon fibre but i'm pretty sure it is a single pressed/moulded sheet. Bit of a premium to pay though. :D

is there any after market ones that are better cause i damaged mine trying to pop a dent out:x :roll: but the dent came out :D
