Found mine on eBay 29th Feb '04, did the deal 1st March, collected it 6th and shut it in the garage pending the registration transfer. That took until the following Saturday to come through, so I was fully E30 mobile Saturday 13th March '04. :woohoo:

Over the years I've been offered silly money at shows, one guy offered 10k for it not long after i bought it, i declined at the time but as the years passed i kicked myself as i witnessed the value of them drop :-x

It will never leave me now, its original with genuine Alpina's on which cost me £1488 at the time so it would look as genuine as possible 8)

I remember the first day i drove it and felt important on the road cos i was in my black sport and they were in demand, i was proud at the age of 19 8)

had mine(1991 325 conv) just over 5years , 47k on the clock when I bought it, 2 prev owners, now on 121k, used it as a daily, never let me down untill last week (alternator failure) good thing was broke down at j11 on m25 managed to turn off motorway , 3 cars stopped to help me push it to safety ..... restored my faith in human nature..........best of all its going in for a full respray with dips, 3 months waiting list in after bank holiday , just sorting out rust on wheel arch just starting to bubble , small paint sinkage around washer jets, and parking dents stone chips, all minor , car cleans up nice but after respray it will be a posemobile with roof down...
Balck, black leather, dechromed, air con (working) pwer roof (working) hard top , was going to get hard top colour coded untill dips told me how easy they are to steal off the car...... (can you tell still lovin ownin it)...

The red (325iturbo) has been mine for about 3 yrs or so, the white (316ilux) for about a year and the black (318i 4dr) one for about a month. Had my first e30 in 2000 (318i z 4dr), so 7 yrs of nothing but e30's  even the misses drives one :D

One and a bit years now, but does it count that my dad had it from brand new in 1987? I was 3 then, and some of my earliest memories are the journeys up from South Wales (he managed 2 coal mines down there during the week) back home to Leeds at the weekends. When I saw it going on Ebay for £200 and I recognised the numberplate I just had to buy it back :D

2 Months and haven't had the pleasure of enjoying the E30 experience yet, It's been in Garages since day one not that it needed it though. and have no plans to ever sell, Looking foward to July/August where the majority of the big work will be complete.
