I'm looking for aftermarket springs with a 1" drop for my 325i touring. Which is better: H&R or Eibach? Thanks! :D

I've had both and prefer the H&R, the Eibach's are quite soft but manage to be crashy over bigger bumps. The H&R are stiffer but the ride quality is better.

The only problem with H&R is the price.

I don't think you can get Eibach touring springs anymore :(

Cheers,

Hey templ8e30,

Which H&R did you get? OE or Sports? And what are you using now? :D

I'm using these ones http://www.evo-s.co.uk/shop/product_inf ... cts_id=213

Not cheap but very good.

Cheers,

Nice! :D Suddenly, I'm thinking of getting the same.

How are they compared to the H&R OE Springs for sedans? How about the KW springs for tourings?

Eibach springs are always more money than H&R.

I am an H&R man but eibach are also very good stuff. First question is what is the car used for. Next Q which shocks are you planning

Just plain street use. No tracks. Shocks would be konis. :D
