No sweat mate. I'll have a look over them tomorrow and see if their ok. Will give you a phone ok? You may as well have the whole car when I've finished using it as a map for my giant jigsaw puzzle :D

You know more than i do then Simon and its sat in front of me :?
The front seats are as mint as they come but don't look re-trimmed to me.
The problem is the rear seat which isn't 'exactly' meant for a tourer
Couldn't give a monkeys though to be honest as it drives spot-on for 400 quid :P

That's a proper bargain. What have you got planned for it. Or is it on a "need to know basis"

Make it as nice as possible and drive it mate :D
Got 2 spares tourers here so shan't be spending any money (appart from your tenner for the doors  ) and the rest is just a few hours of simple jobs.
I'll put the 2 door rear bench/back with headrests on ebay  and the bottom part that has been 'cut in two' making it a split rear base in the bin

Surely some sort of big engine swap or f/i?

Looking at your old fords you could make something special.

i only said it's a retrim mate as there is no piping and factory trim always has black piping which always splits etc

but for £400 if it drives ok and doesn't over heat or have any rot on it then it's a good price!

you have an interior for it anyway, so sell this one on i'd say from reading between the lines

Maybe mate but my plans change 'frequently' :D
Only yesterday i got a train to Blackpool and drove home 200 miles in a 2 door 325 that was to be my next project
Thats an ok car but to be honest it made me feel like the 'oldest swinger in town'
We'll see how things turn out :D

I sold my leather last night Simon so nope i don't.
The front seats are nice regardless of who put their hide on them so i really don't care :P
No over-heating no rust issues and proper mileage with history so i'm happy :)
My favourite part about this car is the exhaust note at full chat which sounds akin to a 355 when it goes over around 4k  The exhaust looks standard from my glance at it but it certainly sounds like no other e30 i've ever heard 8)

The offence was commited with your 'semi-lemmon' comment Simon but it was a negative and un-informed so not unexpeted i guess :P
My humour is here in vast proportions, fear not, i just can't tollerate constant negativity it does my head in! 'Glass half full' thats me Mr Halfempty

Spadge is a hero and obviously has a sense of humour, otherwise Colin would be buried in the back of his touring in a quarry ! :)
