E30 Zone

ive just bought a h plate 318 cab. it needs a new roof and windscreen. any ideas on prices/places to try? also whats a set of 17" alpinas costing nowadays? help needed for neewbie bmw owner.

Cant comment on the roof but a toptint windscreen is around £100 fitted.
Alpina replicas seem to go for anything between £150-300 depending on condition.
New they are about £550 on Ebay?

My cabby had a new roof fitted just before I bought it and had the recipt for £485.00 (unsure if that is fitted tho).

New roof fitted IRO £450 give or take.

Watch out for quality of hood though.

Do not IMHO buy a hood and try and fit yourself, not good.

New windscreen, simple stanley knife job on a second hand scrapper, remove screen and get the right tool and you can fit yourself.
