Fell in love with my car last night.

Went up to the No Rice meet at fleet services, only had the car a few weeks and last night was my first b road session.

Wow.

Everything they say about E30's is true. Mine is a well looked after car on Mtec suspension with proper sized wheels and it was a dream.

So faithful on the corners, comfy, fun, looks cool.

I LOVE IT.

You know that moment? Great isn't it.

G909. I promise to be faithful to you and to polish your shiny bits properly. 8)

Give you 6 months and i bet you do so much to it, its an addiction especially being a member to the zone. Just make sure you keep taking pictures. 6 months has passed for me and i am trying to get her in the mintest condition ever, 15 year old car that gets compliments on the road is an accomplishment, but hey i guess bmw's are the only car that still runs at this age and hasnt rusted away.

Still the Ultimate Driving Experience! I love E30's.

Never with any other car (and I've had a few) have people gone out of there way to tell me that they love my car. :D

Only had my touring about a year, had a few problems but already I'm thinking of it as "my first e30" of many

I've yet to sample the delights of the 318iS but I've had a few moments of excitement in my 325i

Was amazed at how much you can push it around the corners when I first got mine (billies and eibachs helped a lot in that department!) After a few months of E30/RWD experience I was hard pushed to find anyone able to keep up in the twisties. pi55ed from a great height on many a scooby and 20k/30k + cars in my £700 tool of choice.

heh heh heh how the mighty have fallen to a 189,000 daily driver nail (tarting the old dear up now tho)

It's been a 3 year love affair so far, longer than any girlfriend

I'm not blinkered, it's a 320i, I know it's actually pretty slow and the mpg will get to me one day.....

I've been a VW man for years (still am really :) ) and I know the threads about beating Scooby's and Lambo's from my Mk2 16v days...

I'm a bit too old for all that now, I'm well aware that it's not the fastest car in the world, nor would it be faster than my mate's diesel even with a 2.5 in it!

To me, a car is more than just how fast it is, it's all about how it makes you feel, if it makes you smile then I don't care if it's a Yugo, go ahead and enjoy it. 8)

Oh, and No Rice was awesome, the police closed Fleet services because there were too many cars 8O Couple of M3's too.... dribble..........
