My Alloy wheel Split! - New ones needed.

I had a puncture on the M1 and it turns out my rightside rear alloy wheel had split and punctured the tire, very worrying! They wheels are 17' raceline alpina replicas which were on my 318is when i bought it. They are curbed and obviously not very strong! I am therefore looking for new wheels. The car is lazaur blue, What alloys do you think would suit. (preferably 16' and not neccassarily Alpina reps) Thanks alot!

Another argument against cheap replica wheels!
How much are you looking to spend?

For that money, egay would probably be your best bet. You wont find anything new and decent for that sort of price range.
Borbet a's look very nice on e30's... a good choice.
