lower lip spoiler

Hi

Does anyone know whether the lower lip spoiler for a late E30 front bumper is available and if so where from?

The car I've just bought seems to be missing it and I want it back!

It's the black bit under the body-coloured area...

Cheers,
Nick

Sadly not. Decided to opt for the boggo (but mint) 316iSE Touring so while oversteer city might be off the map, at least the spoiler's are cheap!

You can still get them from BMW, but they are a little pricey.

Funnily enough though, I'd be happy to sell you a used one if you like? :)

Cheers Chris. I notice that ECP have them for about £20.
Do you know why E30's often seem to have them missing? Do the clips break easily or something? It's not as if their in the weeds or anything!

I could be interested if you also have the clips which hold the luggage cover of the Touring in place too? Mine have snapped so you try and retract the cover and end up with a handful of it instead!

Let me know what you've got!

Cheers,
Nick

Didn't realise you could get them so cheaply from ECP! To be honest, given the postal weight once I've reinforced and packaged it you're probably better off trying a new one from ECP.

Do you need both clips for the load cover? I think I have a light grey pair..

Cheers,
Chris

If I've read the webiste correct they are just over that, no doubt plus the usual VAT.

Wrt the clips, yep, both sides seem to be knackered. I'm not sure what colour they are but light grey rings a bell. I'm not picking the car up for a couple of days as I need to tax it first so will get back to you once I'm sure! Red car, grey cloth interior. Light grey would seem about right?

Typical. I buy my car and spot your website with a 318iS coming soon AND you're not far from me. I was so tempted to get one instead (still am) but this mint 54k mile 316i Touring came up for sale round the corner from me and it seemed to good to miss...

The Touring sounds like a nice find. Could have either colour interior - let me know.

Hi Chris

Well, having popped out to pay for it I thought I'd check the clips while I was there.
It's actually the clips which hold the cover in place just behind the rear seats and screw to the top of the inner arch.
They are light grey so I'll take the pair. It's only the offside which is knackered but always best to have a back up!

Let me know what you want to do about payment and how much etc.

Always worth an ask but the front bumber has a crack to the top of it where it's evidently been subject to a parking ding. You don't have a front bumper in red at all do you?!?!?!?

In the meantime,
cheers,
Nick

That will be a standard lip for that price, not an Is spoiler.

I also have a standard front lip spoiler if you're interested and local to me. No clips though I'm afraid.
