Have been keeping an eye on this lately.
Sorry if this is in the wrong section but seen this on ebay and that interior doesnt look like a sport option to me.
Anyone else have a view?

u no what i have been looking on ebay for weeks every day at the sports for sale as my m8 wants 1, but i have never seen that 1 before!
think its cause its listed as a 325 i sport, the space in the title must mean it dosnt come up, this is how they reckon u can make big money at ebay, just serch for the spellin mistakes!
i listed a parrot cage on there at a 99p start (this this was worth hundreds, but got no watchers or bids, coyuldnt understand it till i double checked my spelin and found i had spelt it bird gage!
lol dodgy strikes again!
but the answer to ur question is it looks ok and he says it says sport on the log book so unless its a ringer?
that interior is fuckin rare tho... i have never seen that vefore!

I've come across a fair few mtec 2's with this mtec 1 s/wheel and is nothing to worry about as at least the earlier tech 2's had them from new (as standard equipment).Might be a good car ,but statistics are against it! :(

That interior is different ot say the least! The price is creeping up already. If it has been looked after like discribed, then may be worth a punt. Then again, it is beig sold by a Mackem!! lol winkeye

Not all Tech2 Sports had a Tech2 wheel... some of the early ones (and this being an early one on an F plate) came with lowly Tech1 wheels.

My Tech1 Sport had a beige interior / carpet / doorcards... it looked great, though it was houdstooth trim, so suppose it looked better then the Tech2 material in this example.

Headlight wipers are taken off sometimes if they've given up the Ghost. You have to remember that this is 19 years old, probably has had plenty of owners, and who knows what other people do to their cars... Besides, that extra bottle isn't for the headlamp washers, it's the intensive screen wash that some cars had the option of... push the wiper stalk in and it has an extra 'intensive' function. The headlamp feed came from the same old resevoir, just an extra pump in the bottle...

So, all the faults that have been pointed out by people, are actually not faults at all.

Good points: Nice colour, rare interior colour making for a nice contrast. Un-worn drivers seat, which is rare with a cloth interior. It's a nice un-molested example.

Nothing wrong with this car. Go for it.

you can have sport added on to a log book though. if you want to find out for certain i have a number for BMW information services. they will tell you everything under the sun about that car...right down to what interior it came with even its service history with bmw lol

i can post it when i get home if you like
