Whats it worth?

I am finally giving up on my project car which i have now owned for three years. Its a lach silver 325i (no body kit), approx 161,000 on the clock. However, last year i fitted a 2.7 which had every single component in the head replaced including a schrick cam (284). The previous owner had it rolling roaded at 198bhp before being put into mine (built by Alan Woods from Preston, as seen in total bmw). Since then its been chipped with a zone chip and also had a full system exhaust made by Top Gear, Burnley.
Last year i put rotor discs and green stuff pads on, costing approx £600 (all receipts to prove). Just fitted a new 3.91 lsd with new oil. It also comes with full leather recaro seats, tech 2 steering wheel, spare head and lots of spare parts collected over the years. Currently sat on alpina 17's but also have a set of 16 inch alpina reps (made in 1989) which i may put on the car.
Bad points..............no mot or tax, but i will be getting it mot this weekend, so thats not a prob. I also stripped the interior out as was making a track day car ( i kept most of the bits except the carpet, parcel shelf). The body work is generally good, but will need a new rear arch at some point and poss a little bit of welding underneath. Apart from that the car is pretty good.
I will try to sort some pics out, and i know its difficult to judge the car without photos, i just need some opinions. The car owes me approx £5000 with receipts for most of that. im aware i will not get anywhere near that, i just need an idea of what its worth.
