Why doesn't either my '87 320iSE or '88 325iSE have skirts?
My brother studied art at Hatfield Uni, but it's not his E30 as he doesn't drive.

Nor did my SE,but my Touring does, the Touring is a low spec but original buyer had it fitted with a huge list of extras,i'm guessing side skirts were just that,an optional extra.

TBH, it doesn't really bother me, as they're probably rust traps

no skirts were fitted as standard to all proper tourings! having a 2.5 engine from new meant nice side skirts!
why they are called "SE" skirts is beyond me. They were fitted to tourings first then the late built saloons later on

Chrikey. I want to do something with mapping when it comes down to it; how many projects are there to choose from?
Im paying just under a grand on my dads name with 0 no claims but i do get my own no claims at the end of this year. If i had kept two years no claims which i unlawfully lost (i wont go there) its just under 700 fully comp on your own name. You must be nearly 21 just use adrian flux or HIC dude!

I will try adrian flux, got a good quote today off quins. I chose my projec title which is the best thing to do. My mate is in the dyno lab using different octance fuels to see how much difference they make. Did a mapping coursework last month. it was pretty cool.

In that case, im gonna be your new best friend! I work for Fisher Outdoor Leisure, we import and distribute bike stuff (RockShox/Avid/Truvativ/SRAM/Look/Maxim/Smart/Dahon/Schwalbe/Selle Itaia/MucOff etc etc etc)
Dan, my 2 bikes are woth about 2.5k and 3.2k each, respectively.
For those in the know or who care, the one is a carbon fibre Look road bike and the other is a full sus XC mtb. The MTB is my "cheap" bike. pmsl.

Im more into my downhilling really. Do a bit of street and dirt too. Ive got a yeti dh9 which is probably worth about 1.5k and a cannondale chase which is wortha meer 500. Still they are my babies and i love them.
This meet sounds interesting, as i say ive not been to one before.
