Is this an M-Tech bumper?

Not knowing my E30's that well, Im considering either selling this or breaking it for spares (and after all the hassle of going from 1.8 auto to 2.0 manual and all the associated servicing I carried out!).
Could someone let me know what the front bumper is please (if indeed anything!) excuse the grease and grime on the paintwork, have yet to clean it all off
Thanks

You'll get good money for the M-tech valance, it may be worth taking it off and selling the car "standard"
