318 conversion ?

hi guys im looking to do a conversion on my e30 its a 318i m40 engine i really dont want a 2 5 conversion as i might as well change my car and get one can anyone tell me how hard it would be to fit a 320ci engine and box in its out of a 2001 vehicle and has very low mileage the other option i have is a 530 vehicle at my disposal what opinions have you got and what kind of cost and will i need special looms and mountings please help
