Poly Eccentric Track Control Arm Bushes?

Hello to one & all here! I am a new member and would be very grateful for feedback/advice. I own a nice E30 318 Touring on a 'G' plate. I am considering fitting the poly eccentric track control arm bushes that are for sale in the zone shop. Has anybody out there fitted them, if so, do they fit without any alterations being required and what are the benefits in terms of the steering feel? Do they promote sharper handling/steering?
Many thanks,
Pete

Hi there and welcome.
I have them on my cab ... they're easy to fit and they greatly improve steering feel. A worthy modification to the car.
They push the wheel forward by about an inch.
Don't forget to have your steering straightened afterwards though.

does it make the inside of the tyres wear out quicker? I assume it creates negative camber?

Not so much the camber, they change castor - which gives the crisper turn-in and steering feel.
Provided the tracking and everything is correct as well!
Welcome dude!

Orange ... my new Dunlops only have about 7000kms on 'em. Hard to tell but they look even.
